In-House Lab Introduction

I wanted to share a picture of our in-house lab. We test for all FDA required pathogens. We test for all (2500) species of Salmonella, E. coli 0157 and H7, as well as Listeria monocytogenes. Our methodology has been shared with the FDA and is acceptable to the FDA.

Doing this in-house on verified equipment provides us a much faster results turnaround time. Also, after the initial lab equipment spend, the testing is cheaper than sending it out to a third-party lab. 

Only product that tests negative for all of the testing is released into the marketplace.
